Whatever your original file names were, they was changed to fit Flickr's system when you uploaded those files. All *any* downloading app can see/retrieve is the file names that Flickr has associated with the files. I've used "Saleen Flickr Downloader" before it's a bit of a clunky interface, but you can download an entire stream in any of the sizes available to that stream.
